This policy explains how Ledgehaven, a Zoe Ophelia Holdings Company ("Ledgehaven," "we"), handles information when you use our website, client portal and services.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, business name, email and a hashed password.
- Financial data you connect or upload: bank and card transactions, statements, invoices, receipts and related documents.
- Messages and requests you send through the portal or contact form.
- Consent records: the date, time and policy version when you agree to these terms.

How we use it
To provide bookkeeping, reporting, invoicing and tax worksheet services; to communicate with you; to secure our systems; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to deliver the service, such as hosting, payment processing (Stripe), bank-data connection providers and, when offered, a payroll partner. They may process data only to provide services to us.
Bank connections
We store access tokens, not your bank login credentials. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach as required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep records while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Your choices
You may access, correct or delete your information, and opt out of non-essential emails.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new version number. If changes are material, we'll ask you to agree again.
